ADMIN ASSISTANT - PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We have an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant to join our pre-construction team in Woking.

Description

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pre-Construction team and assist in the effective management of work-winning based administrative duties.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Management of administrative systems and records for the Pre-Construction department
• Assisting the Pre-Construction Team in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
• Maintaining project contact lists
• Providing general administrative support when required

JOB SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (essential)

• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of using InDesign or similar package
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Must have skills in setting priorities and managing work pressures
• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS (essential)

• 5 GCSEs (A-D Grade) or equivalent including Maths and English language
• Preferred additional subjects being information technology or design technology

QUALIFICATIONS (desirable)

• A-Level English or degree qualified
