This 244-room hotel forms part of the wider transformation of the Butlins resort in Bognor Regis.
Standing to the western side of the Butlins complex in Bognor Regis, this 244-room hotel forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the popular holiday resort.
The eight-storey hotel will be L-shaped in plan, its upper levels reducing in footprint to create a series of steps on each wing. Accommodation will include a mix of hotel rooms and private apartments.
Along with a reception area which will be accessible from both the east and west sides of the building, the ground floor will house a digital entertainment hall, café bar and ancillary accommodation.
Volumetric modular construction in the form of prefabricated lightweight steel frame units is being used to deliver the hotel against a fast-track programme.
By minimising on-site fabrication, the use of volumetric modular construction will deliver health and safety benefits and significantly reduce the environmental impact of construction.
