Rated BREEAM Excellent, this high quality office development sits at the heart of London’s Mayfair district.
Located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and incorporating a number of retained facades, this redevelopment project provides a four-storey office building with a single level basement.
Sustainability was a key tenet in the design brief for the scheme which is rated BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
Sustainability measures include exposed thermal mass, innovative passive multi-service chilled beams and an open loop ground source renewable energy system which provides 100% of the building’s heating and cooling requirements.
