Located close to Buckingham Palace, Montrose Place offers luxurious living in the heart of the capital.
Montrose Place provides 15 luxury apartments over five storeys in the heart of London’s Belgravia.
Built on the site of a former hostel, this 4,000m2 development is exquisitely executed, with high quality interior finishes including marble and oak floors, Macassar ebony and ebonised oak joinery.
The scheme includes an underground car park, communal landscaped gardens, a courtyard area and a work of public art by internationally acclaimed artist Andy Goldsworthy.
We undertook Montrose Place as a partnering agreement with the design team and our client, with whom we have an established relationship. We had previously worked with the client on the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Chantrey House in Victoria, 77 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair and Belgrave House in Victoria.
Montrose Place won a commendation in the 2008 Civic Trust Awards. Describing the development as “elegant and graceful”, the judges called the project “an exemplar inclusion of affordable housing within a luxury scheme.”
The development was also Highly Commended in the Westminster Considerate Builder Scheme 2006.
