We are working on the development and delivery of a state-of-the-art Aberdeen business park.
Following delivery of Phase 1 of the Prime Four Business Park, the company’s involvement at this new world-class hub for leading oil and gas companies is continuing into Phase 2.
The first phase of the business park at Kingswells on the outskirts of Aberdeen involved the construction of three high-spec office buildings and a training centre for companies working in the offshore industry.
The project has included complex services diversions and significant road improvement works.
During the tender period we worked closely with the client, design team and utilities providers providing technical input and advanced planning of the earthworks and complex service diversion works required for the scheme. This ensured these elements could progress rapidly once work began on site.
An additional 81p was generated in the local economy for every £1 spent on Phase 1 of the development. The figure was calculated using the New Economics Foundation’s Local Multiplier 3 tool.
Following completion of Phase 1, the company has been awarded design and build contracts for two of the park’s Phase 2 buildings.
The company is also working with client Drum Property Group on The Grande commercial development in Aberdeen.
Projects completed at the park also include the De Vere Village Urban Resort.
Our project team was presented with an Aberdeen Civic Society Award for Phase 1 of the project.
The Apache office building constructed under Phase 1 was honoured in the Best Commercial Building category at the Aberdeen Society of Architects Design Awards.
