Creating a long-lasting legacy for local communities

Our charitable, community and outreach work is equally important as the projects we are delivering. Our teams are mentoring future generations through the Construction Youth Trust, have raised more than £1 million for Maggie’s, and continue to reach out to grassroots organisations and fund projects in the local community via ActionFunder.

    Growing up, Mekha had a fascination with the STEM sectors, which ultimately paved her way into completing a Masters degree in engineering and then joining Sir Robert McAlpine as a Civil Engineer.
